1. How do I become a member?
Jump onto the SELL page and by clicking "sell" at the top menu bar. Click the sign up button and you'll be on your way.
2. Will I receive confirmation once Ive become a Muma's Market member?
Yes! You will automatically be sent a welcome to Muma's Market to confirm your registration.
3. How do I contact Muma's Market?
Its easy! You can contact our team at mumasmarket@gmail.com.
4. Can I create a second account using another email address?
Yes you can. Go to the sign up tab at the top right of the page. Below the login box will be two options to choose from. Choose and click on the "create a new account" and you will be on your way.
5. What happens if I 've forgotten my password?
Not a worry! Go to the sign in tab and below the login box will be a second option of "click here if you've forgotten your password". Simply click, then enter your email address and your password will be automatically sent to your nominated email address instantly!
6. How do I edit or view my listings?
Sign in and view your accounts page. You can look at all your current and archived listings here as well as view each individual post and any message left from potential buyers. If you want to edit an item, click the edit option next to the particular listing you want to edit.
7. How do I add another listing?
Go to your accounts page by signing in and click "add listing" at the top right of your account page. Then follow our quick listing process and your items will be posted instantly.
8. How do I view messages?
Firstly you will receive the message from the potentail buyer to your nominated email address. You can reply here or go directly to your accounts page through the direct link sent to your email address. At your accounts page, you can click on the message column next to the listing with the message. Here you will see the number of messages received for that particular item.
9. When will I know if my listing will expire?
Muma's Market will keep you updated and send you a reminder the day before the lsiting is about to expire.
10. If I dont sell the item before the expiry date, can I reactivaate the listing?
Yes, you can. Simply go to your accounts page and click the re-activate button to re-fresh your listing. If you have chosen the basic listing, this will need to be re-purchased for $5.95. If you have chosen the premium plan, your listing will be current until it is purchased or removed by you, the seller.
11. Why is my account restricted or suspended?
Its important to us at Muma's Market that our site remains family friendly at all times! If we are notified that a user has been uploading inappropriate images, we reserve the right to suspend your account until further notice.
Another reason your account may be suspended is if your account has several reports of items not being sent to the buyer.
12. How do I report a misuse of a member or an item listing?
Email us at mumasmarket@gmail.com or go to the direct contact link at the bottom of our home page.
13. If I'm interested in buying a listed item, how do I contact the seller?
Simply view the item and send the seller a direct message by following the message links.
14. How do I transfer money to the seller in order to confirm my order?
Once you have communication with the seller via email, the seller will inform you of how they want to accept payment. This may be through a direct bank transfer or if collecting from their home, cash on collection.
15. What happens if Ive purchased an item and it doesn't arrive or I'm unhappy with it?
If you have purchased an item and it is being posted and you dont receive it, contact the seller immedietly. It is recommended to all sellers that they track their sent postage with Australia Post, so that a tracking number can be found in the case of a lost package. If you have communicated with the seller and you feel that no attemp to assit you has been made you can contact us at Muma's Market and we will try and resolve the issue with the seller on your behalf. We however do not hold any resposibility on behalf of the seller and will only try to assist in the dispute to resolve the matter.
Sellers who have repeat misuse allocations may be banned from using Muma's Market.
16. How do I make my listing payment and is it safe to do so?
Once you have become a member and are ready to add your listing by clicking the basic or premium plan you will be required to pay for the listing fee up front. This is paid using PayPall and a Muma's Market invoice will be sent to your nominated email account immediatley after payment has been confirmed with PayPall.
17. Why aren't my images downloading?
We have an image maximum of 1.8MG for each plan. If you images exceed this limit, a notification box will pop up to inform you. Its an easy fix! All you need to do is go to each individual image and re-size to a smaller file. You will then be able to load your images.
